About the role As the AI Lead at Halter, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI into our customer service operations. This is your chance to lead the development of a world-class Knowledge Management System (KMS) and drive our goal of achieving an 80% resolution rate from AI interactions. Who we're looking for We're looking for a unique individual - someone who is very comfortable stepping into a one-of-a-kind role and building it up from scratch. You'll constantly be pushing to the very edge of where you operate, testing new and unique solutions to solve hard problems, and anchoring your decision-making in data. At all times you will have our farmer experience at the core of what you do.The right person for this position will be incredibly collaborative, working cross-functionally to drive a digital-first strategy that operates cohesively within our total customer experience offering.You'll be someone who has experience working in the tech space, and have a keen interest in integrating AI advancements within an organisation.We're open to diverse backgrounds - engineering, research, coding, product, professional services, operations - as long as you are a brilliant doer and thinker with a passion for this work.What your day could look like Strategic AI Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies for the Customer team, enhancing our KMS to a world-class level.Resolution Rate Optimisation: Drive initiatives to achieve an 80% resolution rate from AI, continuously improving AI models and customer interactions.AI in Customer Support: Integrate AI solutions into our support framework, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service.Onboarding and Sales Integration: Extend AI capabilities to support onboarding processes and sales operations, ensuring a cohesive AI strategy across all customer touchpoints.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the customer content team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of AI trends and technologies, implementing the latest advancements to keep Halter at the cutting edge of AI innovation.Pathway to Leadership: This role isn't just about leading AI for our Customer team—it's a stepping stone to shaping Halter's entire commercial AI strategy.
