Kia ora! We're looking for a new Custody & Issuance Consultant to join our Collections & Recoveries Team in Auckland.
Is this your next role?
Our Custody & Issuance Consultant will manage a portfolio of consumer and small business customers. You'll get involved with loans where enforcement action is required to minimise any loss by working with delinquent borrowers towards rehabilitation.
Does this sound like you?
You're an experienced consumer and small business credit controller. You enjoy a fast-paced environment, can work independently, handle ambiguity with ease, and are known for being great to work with.
With strong communication skills, you're a pro:
NZ bank or finance company experience
2 or more years collections/custody credit control experience
Secured & unsecured credit control experience
Sound knowledge of NZ credit, CCCFA, privacy, repossession legislation, and insolvency law/processes.
