AC NZ Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CTS National Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sustainable growth and profitability within our Compressor Technique Service (CTS) division.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
As the CTS National Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve aggressive growth targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Mission:
The CTS National Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and enhancing the CTS sales and marketing activities within AC NZ Ltd. This includes developing a strong sales team, implementing effective business development plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will report to the CT General Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve the division's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically develop the market for all sales channels to increase market share and profitability, including creating marketing plans for services and parts, establishing pricing policies, and addressing customer feedback.
Ensure efficient territory coverage, manage distributor relationships, and promote customer care while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Lead the aftermarket sales team to develop the market territory through effective management of installed base systems and customer relationships.
Collaborate with other departments to promote various services and solutions, improving productivity solutions for key account customers.
Lead, develop, and motivate the sales and marketing team, ensuring individual professional growth and high performance.
To succeed, you will need:
A minimum of 5-7 years of solid, proven experience in leading a service sales team within the industrial compressor industry.
Results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Exceptional sales presentation, negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills.
Able to establish and implement systematic actions to achieve objectives effectively.
Financial understanding/knowledge at the management level.
Proficient in spoken, written, and presentations in English.
Education Requirements:
University degree in Engineering or similar through experience.
Management experience and good understanding of AC financials.
Personality Requirements:
Positive, results-oriented individual with a strong belief in continuous improvement.
Customer-focused, organized, and have excellent leadership skills.
