We're looking for a motivated and versatile team member to join our CARTERS Waipukurau branch. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, is great at multi-tasking and has a passion for providing exceptional Customer Service.
This is a hands-on role where the focus of your role will be to provide face-to-face and over-the-phone Customer Service to our trade customers while taking care of Inwards Goods and Merchandising, ensuring the Showroom is kept tidy and well stocked. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative duties including Health & Safety administration and daily banking and credit processing.
You'll be the perfect fit for this role if you thrive on accuracy and efficiency of information and processes and have the following skills and qualities:
Confident with a positive attitude
Organised and attention to detail
Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite)
Ability to prioritise and work well with others
