This position will oversee the efficient running of our two Retail stores in Christchurch.The ideal candidate will have experience in and have the confidence to:Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve monthly Sales Targets, KPI's and increase productivity within the team.Staff Management - Including Rosters, Hiring, Coaching & Supporting the development of the Team.Stock Management - Our store has a high stock turn, with a large number of SKUs to manage, so attention to detail is a must.Visual Merchandising - Including working to global directives and implementing in a timely fashion.Experience with Cin7 or similar Inventory Management POS.To be successful in this position you'll have:Experience in a similar leadership role.A positive & motivated attitude!Clear communication and lead by example.You will be supported by a great in-store team including 2 x 2IC's & local head office.Generous Staff Discount across our portfolio of Brands including Accessories, Fashion and Footwear.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years of retail management experience do you have?Do you have visual merchandising experience?
