This position would suit someone outgoing and energetic, who excels in Retail Management and is looking to step into a fun, fast-paced and exciting role! This position will oversee the efficient running of our two Retail stores in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will have experience in and have the confidence to: Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve monthly Sales Targets, KPI's and increase productivity within the team. Staff Management - Including Rosters, Hiring, Coaching & Supporting the development of the Team. Stock Management - Our store has a high stock turn, with a large number of SKUs to manage, so attention to detail is a must. Visual Merchandising - Including working to global directives and implementing in a timely fashion. Experience with Cin7 or similar Inventory Management POS. To be successful in this position you'll have: Experience in a similar leadership role. A positive & motivated attitude! Clear communication and lead by example.
