Crew Supervisor

Moutere Logging is a family owned and operated business with multiple crews in both the North and South Island. Based in the Manawatu, the Crew Supervisor will be reporting to our North Island Harvesting Manager.
Overseeing 2 crews based in Titoki Forest and Te Namu Forest, ideally the successful applicant will be based in Fielding or Palmerston North, although we are open to other locations.
The core function of this role will be driving culture and performance in 2 crews, and supporting the Harvesting Manager. The successful applicant will also be expected to provide coverage for the Harvesting Manager during leave. A proven history of experience in cable logging is non-negotiable, including delivering production targets.
