About the role As a Crew Foreman at Rosewarne Cable Loggers, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logging crews in the Thames Waikato region. This full-time position is responsible for leading and coordinating the work of a team of logging professionals, ensuring efficient and safe operations that align with our company's high standards. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of logging crews, delegating tasks and ensuring deadlines are metMonitor and maintain safety standards, providing training and guidance to team membersLiaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are metIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement themMaintain accurate records and documentation related to crew activitiesProvide regular progress updates to managementWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the industry working with hauler crewsStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholdersDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in the use of relevant software and technologiesValid driver's licence and certification in logging operationsWhat we offer At Rosewarne Cable Loggers, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
