This role will assist the Credit Risk Strategy and Appetite Lead working towards the delivery of key priorities for the Business and Corporate Banking Line 1 Credit Risk team. Key to this role will be your knowledge and experience in banking, analysing internal and market data to provide insights and identify areas of opportunity or weakness. This role will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment from strategy to execution. Working with a highly skilled team, this is a great opportunity to build on your existing knowledge and expand your skillset. You will be in the deep end of the action, influencing decision-making and working closely with the distribution space. Key Responsibilities: Strong data and analytical skills Experience recommending improvements and preparing business cases, underpinned by accurate and relevant data Knowledge of the management of business lending credit risk The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business and drive outcomes Excellent and demonstrable professional judgement and decision-making Even if you don't meet all these criteria, if this is an area you're passionate about, we would love to hear from you.
