This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your key focus will be to contact shareholders and customers who are overdue on their account as per the requirements of the Farmland's Credit Control Policy, providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and carrying out any other duties that may reasonably be expected in support of Farmlands.You'll concentrate on:Assisting with collection of overdue accounts within FarmlandsAccurately gathering and recording of dataReviewing and following up of repayment schedulesReviewing daily reports to help monitor debtor spendingFarmlands is building a forward looking and agile business and your role will play a critical part in the delivery of these goals by improving productivity capability across our branch network.Mohou ake | About youWe're looking for an individual who builds strong working relationships internally and externally, who is an effective communicator, confident at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure.
