Job Description About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our thriving team based in East Tamaki, Auckland. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will work alongside the collection team, responsible for contacting customers to provide solutions to debt-related issues. You will be working closely with both internal and external customers, so a customer-focused approach will be a must-have for this role. Qualifications About you: This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and builds strong relationships. You have a proven record of meeting your daily and monthly KPI's. Previous experience in a credit control or customer service role is preferred. Your innate ability to manage time, prioritize and be flexible will prove invaluable. Relevant working experience in a large collection team on high volume ledgers over 2000 customers, preferred Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Excellent communication both verbal and written Advanced Excel skills We provide great work and personal development opportunities to develop our employees' career development aspirations.
