Job Description About the Role As a Credit Controller with us, you'll be an essential part of our collection team, reporting directly to the National Credit Manager.
You'll be responsible for engaging with customers to resolve debt-related issues and ensure timely payments.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally. What You'll Be Doing: Proactively contacting customers to address and resolve debt issues.
Collaborating with team members and customers to ensure smooth credit operations.
Managing a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet daily and monthly KPIs.
Utilizing your problem-solving skills to handle reconciliations and account discrepancies.

Key Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in credit control or a related customer service role.
A strong, proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
