Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting) Not for-profit; feel like you have contributed 20 hours pw, 12 mth contract, Thorndon office, school holidays off!

Role Reporting through to a knowledgeable and experienced Executive Director, you will be overseeing and assisting with administering the collection of attendance dues.
Your duties and responsibilities will see you involved with but not limited to: Updating of database to include and enable collections Send monthly account statements, updating records Communicate, notify, facilitate, record payments Debtor ledger management Provide monthly reports Process irreconcilable debts and advise All systems are in place and are robust; this new role is ready for someone to take ownership and show more than just an interest in the financial administration.
You need to offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a level of empathy and understanding with your work.
You Yes, relevant financial experience related to credit control is required to deliver the work, but so is a compassionate, positive, mature attitude – this is key.
You need to be able to build great relationships internally and externally, be self-motivated and flexible – no job will be too big or too small.
