RoleReporting through to a knowledgeable and experienced Executive Director, you will be overseeing and assisting with administering the collection of attendance dues.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Updating the database to include and enable collections
Sending monthly account statements and updating records
Communicating, notifying, facilitating, and recording payments
Debtor ledger management
Providing monthly reports
Processing irreconcilable debts and advising
All systems are in place and are robust; this new role is ready for someone to take ownership and show more than just an interest in financial administration. You need to offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a level of empathy and understanding in your work.
YouYes, relevant financial experience related to credit control is required to deliver the work, but so is a compassionate, positive, mature attitude – this is key. You need to be able to build great relationships internally and externally, be self-motivated and flexible – no job will be too big or too small.
