The Role This role will report to the Credit Manager.
You will manage the New Zealand ledger and work alongside 2 other credit controllers.
This role will have a primary focus on credit collections and for debt being less than 60 days old.
Your key responsibilities will include: Contacting customers by phone and email to discuss their account (overdue or over credit limit)Reconciling customer accountsResponding to queries regarding customers accountsEscalate unresolved matters to Credit Manager as required and recommend appropriate actionAct as a cover for daily incoming cash receipts and allocation processComplete all tasks with a high level of accuracy and qualityYour profile: To be considered for this role we are looking for an experienced credit controller who can work in a fast paced dynamic and high volume environment.
