The Company My client is a large privately owned New Zealand company. They have branches across the country and Australia and a market leader in their industry. They are an established business and have been operating for over 25 years. They are big on building long-term relationships. The Role This role will report to the Credit Manager. You will manage the New Zealand ledger and work alongside 2 other credit controllers. This role will have a primary focus on credit collections and for debt being less than 60 days old. Your key responsibilities will include: Contacting customers by phone and email to discuss their account (overdue or over credit limit)Reconciling customer accountsResponding to queries regarding customers accountsEscalate unresolved matters to Credit Manager as required and recommend appropriate actionAct as a cover for daily incoming cash receipts and allocation processComplete all tasks with a high level of accuracy and qualityYour profile: To be considered for this role we are looking for an experienced credit controller who can work in a fast paced dynamic and high volume environment.
