A fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an education-based organisation located in Highbrook, East Tamaki. This position has a high volume of credit control, so our client needs someone who is seasoned in this area. This is a full-time temporary role, supporting the Finance Manager to start ASAP until mid-December.

What tasks will you be doing?
Contacting all overdue debtors and creating payment plans.
Ensuring debtors' processing is accurate and within timeframes.
Support resolving invoicing issues and identify solutions in the processing.
Developing relationships with clients to make sure they feel valued throughout the process.
Part of the process will be Accounts Receivable – reconciliations and invoicing – must have experience in this area too.
This Credit Control role is right for you if:
You have proven experience working in a debt management position and with accounts receivable processes.
You have worked with high volume debt before.
You have excellent customer service skills – this is imperative in this role when dealing with difficult situations.
Business Central (BC) experience is preferred, or Microsoft Navision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
