We are on a growth mission to lead and inspire our industry through innovation and the development of exceptional financial services products whilst fostering a motivated and engaged workplace culture that is centered around personal growth and high performance.As a Finance Exec in our Auto team, you can expect to:Oversee new loan and top-up sales to customers and introducers as you conduct thorough lending assessments and make the right decisions according to our risk appetite and values.Nurture referral networks with brokers and business partners and build relationships with introducers for ongoing growth.Maintain service level standards for introducers and internal customers consistently.We are looking for candidates who have:Experience in a similar role making lending decisions, with the ability to interpret documents associated with finance applications.Knowledge of the NZ financial services industry and trends.Comfortable and experienced with a continuous improvement environment.Excellent computer skills with numerical ability and excellent written and verbal skills.Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a high-paced environment, with confidence in sales, problem-solving skills, and tricky conversations.What's in it for me?Within the Avanti Finance Group, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working as we offer up to two days working from home following the initial training period.
