Our client is a values-driven creative agency, located in Ponsonby, Auckland, who are passionate about helping clients make a positive impact. They are looking for an intermediate to senior creative traffic manager for an initial 3 month contract, 25 hours/week, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
You will have prior agency experience, excellent communication skills, and be able to liaise with individual team members and provide timely updates. You should be comfortable attending meetings with clients and communicating with them when needed. Familiarity with project management software like ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com is essential.
Key responsibilities include: Project Planning Quarterly & Monthly Workflow: Block plan work flow allocation in a workflow management tool.Timeline Management: Create and manage production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met, and that potential bottlenecks are addressed proactively.Project Coordination: Oversee the flow of projects through all stages of production, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of creative assets across multiple departments (concept, copy design, artwork, and video editing).Resource Allocation: Assign tasks to the appropriate team members, balancing workload and ensuring resources are utilized effectively to meet project goals.Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot potential issues in the production process, providing solutions to ensure smooth operations and on-time project completion.This is a small and passionate team with great clients and a solid growth strategy.
