We value collaboration and connection within our organisation, and in this position, you'll play a key role in promoting these principles!Additionally, we offer plenty of benefits to our team members, including exclusive team member discounts, discounted gym memberships and health insurance, as well as access to financial wellbeing resources.What you'll be responsible for:Lead and deliver trade campaigns: Collaborate with internal teams to execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.Manage production resources: Book and coordinate photography partners, studios, and voice-over resources as needed to support campaign delivery.Oversee external partnerships: Review briefs, coordinate with external partners, and dispatch advertising to media agencies.Optimise studio operations: Manage studio tickets, assign resources, and establish production workflows.Support and train team members: Provide training and support to team members on workflows and processes.The successful candidate is likely to have:4 years' experience working as an agency suit, producer or in-house producer, ideally in content production.Skilled in producing branded content.Experience booking freelancer resources from VO to studio to photographers.Exceptionally organised with the ability to juggle many projects at a time.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A positive, 'can do' attitude.Be a part of our innovative team and drive impactful change - apply today!You must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
