Court Registry Support Officer, Auckland CBD3 Month Fixed Term ContractTe Haeata / The OpportunityAs a Court Registry Support Officer, you will support the Court's day-to-day operations by assisting with the administration function and providing customer service.Your day will involve engaging with participants, including Lawyers, Judges, and the public, whether over the phone or face to face.You will work closely with Court Registry Officers, supporting them while they manage case files. Day to day, your tasks will include but are not limited to:Providing timely and efficient customer serviceSupporting Judges and Court Registry Officers in and out of the courtroomIntroducing Judges / Judicial Officers into court (in both English and Te Reo Maori)Supporting the jury service function and the jurors for trial hearingsProviding general administrative support for Court Registry Officers, including photocopying, scanning, and filingManaging the incoming and outgoing mailManaging evidence exhibitsData entryProviding support and advice to our diverse customer baseO pukenga / Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service experience. You will need to be confident, able to multitask, flexible, and easily adapt to change.
