Court Registry Support Officer, Auckland CBD 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Te Haeata/The Opportunity As a Court Registry Support Officer, you will support the Court's day-to-day operations by supporting the administration function and providing customer service. Your day will involve engaging with our participants, including Lawyers, Judges, and the public – whether over the phone or face to face. You will work closely with Court Registry Officers and support them while they take Court and manage case files. Day to day, your tasks will include but are not limited to:Providing timely and efficient customer serviceSupporting Judges and Court Registry Officers both in and out of the courtroomIntroducing Judges/Judicial Officers into court (in both English and Te Reo Maori)Support the jury service function and the jurors themselves for trial hearingsProviding general administrative support for Court Registry Officers, including photocopying, scanning, and filingManaging the incoming and outgoing mailManaging evidence exhibitsData entryProviding support and advice to our diverse customer baseO pukenga/Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will have proven customer service experience. You will need to be confident, able to multitask, flexible and easily adapt to change. You will also enjoy a challenge and be motivated to learn.
