Counsellor/Christian Ministry

Do you have a passion/desire/calling to use your skills in a specifically Christian setting?
We are looking for a couple, at least one of whom will have general counselling or addictions counselling qualifications and experience, and is, or able to be a member of a New Zealand counsellors association.
Our approach here is to whole of life counselling involving a wide range of life issues. While experience working with addictions or other compulsive behaviours is helpful, it is not essential for this role.
The counsellor(s) will be able to competently counsel and facilitate small groups.
The other person, depending on skills and time available, could be involved in a variety of caring, ministry, administration, small group, and other support roles (or counselling etc. if qualified).
As our work is Christian faith-based, applicants will be competent and comfortable working from this perspective as appropriate.
This is a live-on situation. The onsite, separate accommodation is suitable for a couple or family.
Please note, these positions are only available to New Zealand citizens and residents with an already approved work permit.
