Reporting to the Revenue Assurance Lead, this role would suit a super organised person who loves communicating and liaising with people inside and outside of the business, and is a true coordinator!
Your role will be mainly focused on liabilities.
Your day-to-day function will be to assess damage to Watercare's assets, establish liability, and liaise with third parties and insurance companies.
In this role, no two days will ever be the same!
You will need to act quickly to establish the details of the damage, analysing reports, and ensuring all of the relevant information has been collected.
To be successful in this role you will be a people person, who enjoys communicating with a diverse range of people and stakeholders, and has strong attention to detail.
Your skills and background will include: Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to analyse and make recommendations, and explain complex problems to a broad audience Preferably you will have knowledge of insurance, debt recovery and policies although this is not essential You may have worked in construction and understand the parties involved when an asset has been damaged An understanding of water and wastewater networks would be useful.
