Cost Planning Lead

ConsultANZ is currently seeking an experienced Cost Planning Lead for a large civil construction project based in Auckland.Main DutiesYour Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited ToDevelop, implement, and manage cost planning strategies for civil infrastructure projects in Auckland.Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, conducting cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments.Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost objectives are met.Generate cost reports, financial forecasts, and variance analysis for management and clients.Identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation plans.Stay updated on industry best practices and implement process improvements as needed.RequirementsThe Successful Candidate Will Bring Into The RoleBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.A minimum of 4+ years in cost planning and management for civil infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools.Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.BenefitsA competitive salary, ranging from $100k - $130k, negotiable dependent on experience.Opportunity to work on prestigious civil infrastructure projects in Auckland.Career growth and development prospects.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Contribution to the transformation of Auckland's infrastructure.APPLY TODAY or send an email with your CV to ****** / ****** to know more about this opportunity.
