Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceManage the team for which you are responsible and ensure that they are trained and monitored to carry out the Company's processesOn daily basis, ensure security of the storage and receiving areas are under your controlTo provide HOD's with accurate delivery note details in order to establish purchasing accruals at the end of the accounting periodsTo maintain department stock requirements, identifying shortages in advance and ensuring the order is placedTo check, weigh, temperature probe and store all deliveries appropriatelyEnsure all credit notes are requested and received and delivery notes correspond correctly to orders with the correct pricingTo check all storerooms are clean at all timesTo review purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity discounts, and purchasing budgetsConduct market price surveys in coordination with HODs to ensure best pricingOther Duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience is an assetAccounting designation or enrollment requiredPrevious hotel experience preferredFamiliarity with Financial systems, Opera, Micros, POS, ExcelAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
