Job Description About the Role:  Corporate Services Specialist – Auckland We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Services Specialist to join our dynamic team in Auckland!
About the Role: Reporting directly to the Corporate Commercial Manager, you will take charge of our Light Fleet operations.
As the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, your mission is to ensure seamless fleet management, keeping our people moving efficiently.
Responsibilities would include:  Ensuring our data is always true and accurate Create and maintain informative reporting to keep our business up to date Create and review processes relating to Light Fleet Hold informative training sessions for the business Oversee the Light Fleet replacement programme Financial reporting and forecasting Light Fleet insurance claims Fuel and EV card management Fuel usage analysis and reporting Fleet utilisation analysis and recommendations Qualifications About You To be successful in this role you will have proven track record in reporting and analysis, experience with internal and external stakeholder management and the ability to drive and implement change.
You're a people person, you love processes, enjoy learning new tasks and procedures and can hit the ground running.
Attention to detail is key in this role so you must also be highly organised.
Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel is also essential.
