Corporate Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and experienced Corporate Receptionist to support our client on a temporary basis. Based in the heart of Auckland CBD, you will have the opportunity to work for a well-respected brand. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the front desk

Meeting and greeting all visitors

Answering phones and dealing with enquiries

Coordinating meeting rooms

Booking flights, accommodation and rental cars

Ordering stationery and kitchen supplies

Administration support

A bit about you:

Corporate receptionist experience is a must!

Professional communicator, both verbally and written

Punctual, reliable and a great attitude

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficient computer and administration skills

Available immediately
