Corporate Finance & Investment Banking (Banking & Financial Services) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Deal flow is strong and the team is busy. With a particular emphasis on supporting corporate clients, private equity and business owners develop growth and exit strategies, you will be involved in all aspects of deals advisory/corporate finance activities including:Financial Due diligenceStrong report writing abilityBusiness and share valuations, financial modelling The ideal person could be in a Corporate Finance/Deals Advisory/Transaction Services team within a Big 4 or mid tier Chartered Accounting environment with approximately 4-5 years experience. It would be preferable if you have had some experience in deals advisory/corporate finance but you may have some audit experience and you may be interested in broadening your skill set to include company valuation work. Excellent report writing and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work with the team to provide support to other key areas within the organisation. Ideally you will be a Chartered Accountant or possibly studying towards a CFA with a strong interest and ideally some experience in Deals Advisory/Corporate Finance.
