MCS Group is proud to be working with a market-leading Accountancy Practice looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their growing team.The BenefitsYou will be receiving the following: Market-leading salaryClear development and training plansPrivate Medical and Dental InsuranceEnhanced Maternity/Paternity leaveHalf days Friday or 4 day weekHybrid and flexible working optionsMultiple office locations across NIThe RoleYou will have the following responsibilities: Assisting in creating or developing investor decks, business cases and financial projections for private and public sector clientsAssisting in the review of business plans and financial statements, inspecting underlying assumptions and financial information, and preparing a report with the key observationsSupporting the identification of potential M&A targets and buyers by leveraging multiple streams including independent desktop review and collaboration with wider teamAssisting with business valuations by researching comparable transactions and comparable quoted companiesAssisting with due diligence fieldwork and the preparation of due diligence reportsLiaise with clients, law firms, banks, equity providers, vendors and purchasers in the delivery corporate finance transactionsSupport Managers/Senior Managers with coordination of deal initiation and business development activities of the departmentConducting forensic investigations and preparing forensic accounting reports to be presented in CourtThe PersonYou will meet the following criteria: A professional accountancy qualificationACA/ACCA or equivalent, newly qualified or part qualified consideredHave achieved an undergraduate degree or above in any subject with a 2:1 minimum classificationPrevious experience in a similar role or transferable skills/experienceAbility to work independently and in a teamBuilding and maintaining client relationshipsStrong attention to detail and technical knowledgeDesire to learn and progress
