We are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join our Transactions advisory team based in Auckland. This provides an opportunity to:· Join a market leading practice and a supportive working environment and culture to enable you to achieve your career aspirations.· Broaden your involvement across the range of Corporate Finance disciplines, as we operate as one team across Transaction Services, M&A, Valuation and Modelling offerings.About this team:Our Transactions advisory team support clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle, covering financial due diligence (purchaser and vendor), M&A advisory, debt advisory, valuation and financial modelling.
