Their success, past, present and future is underpinned by strong stakeholder and client partnerships, operational best practices, innovation and placing the client at the centre of all they do.The PositionThis Senior Leadership position - Corporate Development Manager, has been created to support the organisation's strategic growth. The appointed will play a critical and influential role in the growth, performance and ongoing success of the business through:Corporate Finance: management of the Group's M&A processes, greenfield site strategy and review of the existing property network, review of the Group's capital and debt structure and preparing for an eventual liquidity event.Corporate Strategy & Development: provision of critical information to support decision making by the Board and Shareholders, tracking of performance, creation of the medium to long term business planning model, monitoring of 3-5 year strategic plan with the Board and Shareholder and analysis of cash flow and working capital trends and processes.Business Development: maintenance of the company's information pack to support business development and corporate finance initiatives and provision of ad-hoc analysis related to the Group's growth and strategy.Who You AreTo be successful in this position, you will possess 5+ years of experience in a CA Corporate Finance practice, or similar. You will be highly confident interpreting a set of financial statements and understanding key performance drivers, along with the management of financial models. You will demonstrate strong critical thinking that translates into insights, initiative and proactive problem solving. You will be highly organised and confident in managing an acquisition process and projects.
