What we're looking for A NZ qualified lawyer with a current NZ LPC & strong LLB degree 2 - 4 years' PQE in commercial contracts law - M&A experience preferred but not essential Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, coupled with good attention to detail Those with interest or experience in employment and/or digital law in a transactional context you are also invited to apply A cheerful, proactive person who takes initiative and contributes positively to team culture About the company
