Corporate and Community Relationships ManagerThe Corporate and Community Relationship Manager is part of Pathfinder's Distribution Team, reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager and working closely with the CEO and Creative Director.You'll join a small but passionate team dedicated to growing the influence of ethical investing in Aotearoa. From a day-to-day perspective, you'll manage a distribution channel that provides excitement, impact, and variety. As a key spokesperson for Pathfinder's mission you'll engage with corporate and community groups throughout Aotearoa. We have a program already developed that provides financial literacy, KiwiSaver 101 education and ethical investing resources and tools which you will quickly become an expert at delivering.You'll also have the freedom to bring new and fresh approaches to this channel that best suits your own approach to education and relationships.One day you could be presenting to the staff at a large tech company, getting them excited about what their KiwiSaver could be funding, the next on a B Corp panel or networking at a sustainability conference in Nelson.Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture relationships with Corporate and Community Groups around New Zealand.Grow Pathfinder's value proposition and offerings with these groups, hosting presentations on Ethical Investing and Financial Literacy (requires some NZ travel).Deepen Pathfinder's Preferred Provider status among a range of SME and large companies looking to offer an ethically invested KiwiSaver for their staff.Work with the marketing and compliance team to produce useful collateral for your Pathfinder aligned companies and people. Own and update this collateral.Monitor and manage our B Corp certification and champion various internal changes required to retain it. This involves running the recertification process every 3 years. We've just been recertified however the B Corp standards are evolving and upskilling will be required.About you:You'll be a confident and experienced public speaker, happy to put yourself "out there" and able to step into a brand and speak on its behalf.You'll be values aligned with Pathfinder, which means you'll want to help bring about the future we hope to achieve through our ethical investing:A world where people are free to make their own choices so long as they don't prevent others from doing the same.
