My client is a leading global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Advisory Accountant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in corporate finance and advisory services to contribute to our growing success.
Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to clients on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and investment decisions.
Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence procedures to assess the financial health and risks associated with potential transactions.
Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic financial plans, helping them achieve their business objectives and navigate complex financial challenges.
Valuation Services: Provide expertise in business valuations, including assessing the fair value of assets and companies for financial reporting, taxation, and transactional purposes.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business needs, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, ensuring clients are in compliance with relevant financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate advisory or related roles.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic financial planning.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant accounting and financial software.
