My client is a leading global advisory firm and is seeking a talented and driven individual to join their team as a Corporate Advisory Analyst.
As an integral part of their corporate advisory division, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to the success of their clients.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, to support client engagements.Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction-related documentation.Perform industry research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients.Support senior team members in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.Prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting is preferred but not required.What's in it for you:
