Presbyterian Support Canterbury – Timaru, South Island
PSSC is looking for a Corporate Administrator to be part of our growing Admin team. The position is for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 3pm.
Our organisation's focus is to ensure quality care for a wide range of people from the young through to the elderly. PSSC provides valuable services in the society and a range of activities which benefit the community.
Your role would support the Corporate Finance, Admin and HR teams. As a Corporate Administrator, you would be working with the Finance & Admin team to support reception duties, invoicing, supplier communication, and maintaining the database of suppliers.
Key responsibilities would be:
Supporting Finance department AP functions with supplier management, Invoice processing and supplier onboarding in the systems.
Writing and updating the administration procedures.
Supporting other functions as needed such as Invoicing, records filing, client database management, and HR / payroll support.
Supporting the Front desk (reception) - administrative jobs including typing of minutes, health & safety, maintaining office stationery, selling frozen meals, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education : Must have a relevant qualification or minimum experience of 4 years in a similar role.
Knowledge : Must have experience in computer skills, e.g. MS Excel, AP Invoice processing software, MS Word & PowerPoint.
