Job Description This role will provide support across the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver an efficient human resources service that contributes to the strategic objectives at our Waihi Operation. You will work closely with the P&C Business Partners and Manager to deliver generalist activities such as recruitment, employment relations, performance management and training. Additionally, you will provide support and effective administration and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties, using the relevant HR management systems and processes. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Ensure recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes meet business requirements. Effectively use the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure information is up to date and accurate in the system. Ensure training is in line with Company direction and meets learner requirements. Employee Relations. Provide support and complete general administration duties. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role. Studying toward or holds a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or relevant qualification (desirable). Full New Zealand Driver Licence. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint is essential.
