We are seeking a project coordinator for one of our building and construction clients based in Christchurch.Bullet PointsParking onsiteMonday to Friday full time hoursFixed term injury cover with the potential of extensionThe positionYou will be assisting with the day-to-day operations of coordinating and managing jobs by liaising with builders, project managers and contractors to ensure smooth installation of building products.You will be required to do the following:Accurately processing core business administration functionsWorking closely with the site staffSchedule jobs for our residential and commercial clientsHelp with quotes when these come through from sales repsRunning the weekly toolbox meetingsEnsure staff are on site on time and adhering to correct protocolsRequirements for the positionTime management with an attention to detailAble to interpret plans and drawingsWorked in the construction industry and understand processes and proceduresAble to adapt to changes that happen at a minute's noticeExperience using Outlook, Microsoft Office and CRM systemsIf you require further information, please contact Zangelique on ******** for a confidential conversation.Applicants for this position should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
