Cook/Junior Chef - Kisa, Mr Go's and Ombra The Dining Room Group Listed 3 days ago Listing Description Location: Wellington, Wellington Job type: Full time Duration: Permanent Approximate pay: $25 - $30 per hour Description Casual Summer Cook/Chef Wanted: Mr Go's, Ombra & Kisa We're seeking a part-time casual cook/chef to join our team over the busy summer period, with the option for ongoing hours if desired.
This role will span across three of our popular Wellington venues: Mr Go's, Ombra, and Kisa.
Who We're Looking For: You don't need to be a qualified chef.
This role is perfect for cookery school students, kitchen hands with prep experience, or those who've worked in pizza/takeaway shops.
You need to enjoy working in a kitchen and have some basic skills.
This role will primarily be focused on service cooking – preparing and cooking pita breads at Kisa, pizzas or fryer duties at Ombra, and Bao bun and fryer duties at Mr Go's.
We seek someone who is clean, ultra-reliable, friendly, professional, and very consistent.
Our restaurants pride themselves on quality and consistency, and to be part of our team, you need a good work ethic, be happy to follow instruction, learn quickly, and have resilience to work during busy periods.
