If you like to make things happen, get in touch.Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a great team, managing exciting interiors projects throughout the Waikato region. If you have a strong background in project management and a solid commercial understanding of the construction industry, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple interiors projects ranging from $500k to $4 million.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Oversee all aspects of contracts management, from pre-construction to project completion.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.Requirements:Proven experience in site/project management, specifically in the construction sector, ideally interiors/refurb.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and costs effectively.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and leadership skills.What's on Offer for you:Competitive salary package ($120,000 - $145,000 - Pending experience)Company car and fuel cardCareer development opportunities within a growing construction contractorA supportive and dynamic team environment.If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a leading construction contractor, apply today!
