Practice Manager

Scott Clinic is a private surgical facility providing a wide range of surgical services including oral surgery, skin cancer surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, and now a new gynaecology service. Due to restructuring, we are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team.
The role is varied and includes, overseeing all day-to-day operations, patient invoicing, staff management, liaising with suppliers, contract management, maintaining relationships with external providers, ensuring the smooth running of all clinics, overseeing all marketing and public relations events, ensuring the upkeep of all policies and procedures.
This position requires someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organised, has great attention to detail, the ability to multitask, think on their feet and problem solve in a very busy clinical environment. A high degree of accountability and autonomy is required. Experience in a medical setting would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. We would welcome a Registered Nurse looking to expand their skill set.
This position is offered at 32 hours per week.
