We are a well-established family-owned Canterbury Demolition Company specialising in residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-storey demolition.We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our company and be an integral part of the management team, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. Working closely with the Operations Manager, your priority will be procurement.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that undertakes small to large complex demolition projects throughout New Zealand.Your duties will include:Developing and submitting TendersDeveloping and submitting QuotesNegotiating ContractsOrganising and managing SubcontractorsWorking alongside the Operations Manager to ensure customer expectations are metKeeping clients up to date with their project's progressWorking closely with our Health & Safety AdministratorClose out reporting for ClientsSuitable candidates will have the following attributes:Proven experience in TenderingExcellent communication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesProven experience in planning and execution of jobsOur company is committed to the development, support, and engagement of its people.
