Contracts Manager

We are a well-established family-owned Canterbury Demolition Company specialising in residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-storey demolition.

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join our company and be an integral part of the management team, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion. Working closely with the Operations Manager, your priority will be procurement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that undertakes small to large complex demolition projects throughout New Zealand.

Your duties will include:
Developing and submitting Tenders
Developing and submitting Quotes
Negotiating Contracts
Organising and managing Subcontractors
Working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure customer expectations are met
Keeping clients up to date with their project's progress
Working closely with our Health & Safety Administrator
Close out reporting for Clients
Suitable candidates will have the following attributes:
Proven experience in Tendering
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Proven experience in planning and execution of jobs
