The BGD team's purpose is to access funding and develop new products and services that lead to sustainable growth and result in whanau wellbeing.We are looking for someone who has a passion for advancing Maori development and who has a commitment to Kaupapa Maori Health & Social Service provisions.Reporting to the Contract & Business Development Partner Lead, your main responsibilities will be to maintain organised and up-to-date contract records, administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, and monitor organisational contract compliance. You will also coordinate contract-related activities, serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, and generate reports to support decision-making.This role is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for applicants with:Previous experience working with service contracts or in an administrative position.Excellent organisational and administrative skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.The ability to interpret data accurately.Great interpersonal and communication skills.A high level of attention to detail.Understanding of the Principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.You will be:A self-motivated, self-directed team player.A creative and strategic thinker.Committed to upholding strong ethical standards and confidentiality.Able to carry out the physical aspects of the role.We offer a warm whanau focused work environment with a wide variety of benefits.
