Contractor Building Manager

Body Corporate Committee, 101 Roberts Street, Taupo – Taupo, North Island
The Owners of a Taupo apartment building are looking for a contractor who would be available for an average 20 hour/week contract and emergency call-out, to:
Ensure the common areas (interior and exterior) of the property are kept clean and well-maintained;
Arrange for larger maintenance contracts as required by the Body Corporate;
Administer the observance of the rules of the Body Corporate;
Ensure that Health and Safety laws are followed;
Ensure the regular building inspections are carried out;
Deal to emergency repairs or nuisances;
Liaise with and report to the Body Corporate and the Secretary.

Applicants must be tool-handy, trustworthy, organised, have good people skills, and be willing to complete Police vetting and drug testing.
