Contract/Temp PMO People are a specialist recruitment consultancy specialising in the permanent and contractual placement of corporate Project Management Office roles. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our client on a 3 month contract basis, with requests already in to extend to May 2025. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving and overseeing compliance and regulatory-based projects within this finance-based organisation. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that the projects adhere to industry standards, meet regulatory requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and execute them with precision. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the project team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements within financial services. Strong documentation skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMP or relevant certification is a plus. Work Environment: CBD based offices. Hybrid role, up to 2 days working from home per week. Fantastic team environment. Supportive and engaged stakeholders.
