Nau mai haere mai ki ta matou whanau |Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family Reporting to the Surfacing Divisional Manager, we are on the lookout for an experienced Contracts Manager who will manage and lead the delivery of our Regional surfacing Contract(s) ensuring the profitable, compliant and efficient delivery of the works.

We're looking for someone with: Minimum 5 years relevant Contract Management and/or Surfacing experience.Working towards or holds relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience preferable.Competent users of Word, Excel.Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations.Familiar with NZS 3910 and 3917, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, and working towards CCS training as Project Management tool.Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
