As the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related contracts, you will be responsible for managing contracts from preparation to final post-implementation review.Key responsibilities are:Establish and maintain effective contract management processes, ensuring all contractual requirements are met or exceededSupport Project and Programme Managers with data-driven insights to inform project decisionsBuild and maintain relationships with counterparties in contracting organizationsMonitor contract performance using lead and lag indicators, addressing any claims before they escalateEnsure the contract management procedure is effective, understood, and adhered toInfluencing without authority across Infrastructure staff and stakeholdersEnsuring project estimates accurately reflect scope of work and budgets are tightly controlledProviding focused information to support manager decision-makingWhat you will bring to the role:Strong communication and written skillsStrong math knowledge and data analysis abilitiesAnalytical thinking and creative problem-solvingAbility to work under pressure and use initiativeAbout us:Auckland Airport is more than just a business.
