* Support our work to improve how businesses use energy * Great opportunity for an experienced contract manager * Full time permanent role, could be based in Wellington/Auckland/Christchurch He angitutanga | The opportunity We're looking for an experienced contract manager to work on a portfolio of co-funded projects for businesses that relate to EECA's key focus areas of energy efficiency first, empowering energy users, and accelerating renewable energy.
The work includes working with recipients of co-funding along with managing and tracking milestones for funded projects.
He korero mou | About you To be successful in this role, you'll have: * Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven background in business focussed government funding programmes and processes * Experience with contract negotiation and drafting of contract schedules * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business issues to successfully manage a portfolio of contracts * Understanding of energy use and efficiency opportunities * A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience * Excellent communication and facilitation skills Experience in the energy sector is preferable.
